Bryant, under the direction of the Board, leads the strengthening of  NETA’s resources and capabilities through a focus on strategic planning and operational execution. Capitalizing on a burgeoning interest in NETA standards domestically and internationally and reinforcing NETA’s aggressive focus on the expansion of both membership and member services, Bryant is responsible for ensuring member issues and needs are identified and that associate programs are developed and operated. He assists the Board, officers, and committee chairs in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Tania focuses on the strategic oversight of the NETA technical programs with a focus on operational efficiencies for all areas. Other areas of leadership include oversight of the creation and revision of ANSI/NETA standards and exam development and administrative processes. She coordinates the interaction with the Standards Review Council, as well as the Technical Exam Committee, Technical Representation Steering Committee, Technical Resource Committee, and Safety Committee. Tania is also responsible for all Human Resources functions for the Association.

Jill is responsible for marketing and sales strategic planning and execution. Development and management of all promotional and marketing initiatives of the association. Jill acts as the staff liaison to the Promotions and Marketing, NETA World Journal, and Industry Awareness Committees.

Amy has strategic oversight in management, direction, and coordination of member and partner related activity, including recruitment, retention, engagement and involvement while promoting service excellence.  Amy acts as the liaison to the Membership Committee, assisting with growth and awareness strategies. Additionally, she interfaces with the Member Review, Application Review, QEMC, NAMO, Alliance, CTD Review, and Volunteer Engagement committees. She interacts with those in key roles to expand the association while building industry relationships.

Blake plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, receivables/payables, analyzing financial information, and preparing financial reports.

Robert is responsible for managing the execution of NETA’s technical training programs, projects, and related activities. This includes working with NETA’s Training Committee, the CTD (Continuing Technical Development) Committee, and the development and management of NETA’s National Guideline for a Standards Apprenticeship program. He will work closely with technical leaders across the association and the industry to support high-quality training and development.

- Manage and optimize relational database structures supporting NETA's web-based applications.
- Oversees third-party integrations and reporting tools.
- Works with stakeholders to develop data-driven decision-making solutions. 

Josh manages and maintains the Association's web-based database applications, optimizes SQL queries, executes third-party reporting, and ensures the integrity of our relational database structure and content. This role tracks all NETA Accredited Companies, NETA Technicians, Alliance subscribers, and other related companies that use NETA as a resource for publications. Josh serves as technical expert for all association database and applications.
